Band-Biographie

2025 gründete Andy Bulgaropulos, ehemaliger Gitarrist der Frankfurter Metal-Band TANKARD, in Berlin eine neue Band. Für den Mix aus Heavy Rock, Funk & Punk Elementen und Andys melodischem Gesang fanden sich versierte Musiker: Joe Tyburn, ein vormals in Göteborg ansässiger Live- und Session-Schlagzeuger. Viktor Kosan, ein Bassist und Tontechniker mit Erfahrung in der Rock- und Metal-Szene. Sowie Keyboarder Jeremy Herrera, der die Besetzung kurz vor den Aufnahmen zum Debütalbum »Skybound« Anfang 2026 abrundete, jedoch ab Juni aus zeitlichen Gründen nur noch für Live-Auftritte dazustieß. SUNRAESER bestritten ihre erste offizielle Show in einem der bekanntesten Rock-Klubs Kreuzbergs, dem »Wild at Heart« im Februar 2026.

In 2025, Andy Bulgaropulos, former guitarist of the Frankfurt-based Metal band TANKARD, formed a new band in Berlin. Experienced musicians came together for the mix of Heavy Rock, Funk plus Punk elements and Andy’s melodic vocals: Joe Tyburn, a live and session drummer formerly based in Gothenburg. Viktor Kosan, a bassist and sound engineer with experience in the Rock and Metal scene. And keyboardist Jeremy Herrera, who rounded out the lineup just before the recording of their debut album »Skybound« in early 2026, but left the band in summer due time constraints. SUNRAESER played their first official show at one of Kreuzberg’s most famous Rock clubs, the »Wild at Heart« in February ’26.
